Humanitarian Action for Africa (HAA) is pleased to announce the publication of its 2025 Annual Report, highlighting a year of collective action to support communities affected by conflict, displacement, climate-related shocks and food insecurity across the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Throughout 2025, HAA worked alongside local communities, authorities and partners to deliver timely humanitarian assistance while strengthening resilience and promoting sustainable recovery. The report showcases the impact of these efforts through stories, achievements and lessons learned from the field.
Beyond the figures, the report reflects the resilience of the people and communities at the heart of our mission. It tells the stories of families rebuilding their lives, women accessing protection and opportunities, young people creating new livelihoods, and communities taking meaningful steps to prepare for future crises.
Among the key achievements highlighted in the report are:
- More than 48,000 people reached through humanitarian and resilience-building interventions;
- Over 1,000 households supported through cash assistance programmes;
- 60 communities strengthening their disaster preparedness and resilience capacities.
These results were made possible through the dedication of HAA's local teams, the commitment of our partners and donors, and, above all, the determination and courage of the communities we serve.
