Agricultural Mobilizer

• Duty Station : Kabambare Territory, Maniema Province
• Contract : Fixed-term (6 months, renewable)

Humanitarian Action for Africa (HAA) is seeking a motivated and community-driven Agricultural Mobilizer to support the implementation of Food Security and Nutrition activities. The role focuses on strengthening agricultural practices, improving productivity, and empowering local farming communities.

Key Requirements

• Degree or State Diploma in Agronomy, Rural Development, Nutrition, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in agricultural, humanitarian, or development projects
• Strong knowledge of local farming systems
• Experience in community engagement and field facilitation
• Ability to work in rural settings with minimal supervision
• Good command of French; local languages are an asset
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
