Humanitarian Action for Africa (HAA) is pleased to announce the opening of a new recruitment process to strengthen its teams and support the effective delivery of its humanitarian and development interventions in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
As a national humanitarian organization committed to protecting vulnerable populations and improving access to essential services, HAA is seeking qualified, committed and values-driven professionals to contribute to its work across different areas of intervention.

The current recruitment process covers the following positions:
- Project Manager – Kwamouth, Mai-Ndombe Province
- Agronomist Engineer Supervisor – Kwamouth, Mai-Ndombe Province
- Agricultural Facilitators (2 positions) – Kwamouth, Mai-Ndombe Province
- Assistant Communication Manager – Kinshasa / field missions
- IT Manager – Information Systems & Web – Kinshasa
- Human Resources Manager – Kinshasa
- Accountant – Kinshasa
- Logistics Assistant – Kwamouth, Mai-Ndombe Province
The positions are offered under fixed-term contracts, with durations varying according to the position and subject to performance and funding availability.
